As a holistic massage therapist, I believe that every client is unique and deserves to receive treatment tailored to their individual needs. Depending on the needs of the individual, I can offer any or all of the following:

- Remedial massage, including soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, etc

such as: depression, anxiety, stress, high blood pressure, low immune system, chronic illnesses.
I also work regularly with sportspeople, musicians and others who are suffering from both chronic
and acute injuries; massage can not only support and speed recovery but can also help to reduce
the effects of the mental stress these injuries can provoke.
Indian Head Massage:
Indian Head Massage is a relaxing treatment lasting for a total of 45 mins,(including consultation) during which you are seated in a normal chair. The massage is carried out over clothing. The massage concentrates on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck,scalp & face. Indian head massage may be helpful for stress relief, headaches, eyestrain, neck & shoulder pain and for improving mood, mental clarity & wellbeing.
